POSITION PURPOSE 

The UX/UI Designer will work closely with design and development engineers to create, support and validate the correct implementation of design and user experience. The goal is to translate our company and customer needs into functional and appealing interactive prototypes and applications for both desktop and mobile.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sketch, concept creation and wire framing, produce sitemaps and user flows, create clickable prototypes.
• Execute design work consistent with design and brand standards, analytics insight, stakeholders’ feedback.
• Deliver appropriate level of specification needed to ensure high quality development on time. Collaborates as appropriate on creating user stories to define development tasks.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and comparable experiences. Driving and documenting design standards and patterns across channels and products.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Three years of industry experience designing/prototyping web applications;
• Experienced is using design and prototyping tools: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Invision, Axure, etc.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant experience in user-centric design;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills;
• Alignment with Sustainalytics’ mission, vision and values.
