Principle activities:

• Coordination / monitoring of transports / special transports
• The calculation of transport duration
• The calculation of transports cost
• Optimization of transports
• Support of the transport inquiries, calculations support, planning and transport projects   (national and international)
• Perform detailed statistics
• Archiving documents in Scanview (cargo waybill for productive indirect materials, goods output waybill, delivery note for material goods directly productive)
• Sending and managing routing orders for the suppliers in the case of raw materials deliveries (agreements to respect the agreed routes and carriers)

• Development, ensuring the flow of information related to transport between the different parties involved, internal or external supervision of the transit times and transport documentation regardless of the means of transport
Availability 24/7 on the phone for any emergencies that may arise in the development of transport

Job requirements:

  • 3 years specific studies or 3 to 5 years professional experience in the specific field of work
  • Economic studies or necessary knowledge
  • PC operating skills ( good knowledge's of Excel, Outlook, SAP )
  • Foreign languages – English, German is an advantage
