Your new company:

Multinational company from oil& gas industry is opening a Shared Service Center in Bucharest and is seeking new members for their team who will help them manage the transition process for the P2P/R2R&O2C function from different countries.

Your new role

In your new role you will need participate in transition meetings and necessary projects and also lead and facilitate workshops with multiple levels of an organisation (participants in one or multiple locations);

You will need to have a good understanding of the end to end process and particularities, supporting tools and technologies, requirements for team members performing this process in order to be able to align it with global processes and ways of working;

After the knowledge transfer the role will mean also to create the training material and deliver training for P2P/R2R&O2C functions and to sign off on working you will have to act as process expert for the SSC, controllers and anyone else in the business and at the same time focus on driving process excellence (efficiency, consistency and automation) and enhance internal customer satisfaction and efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous SME or Acting SME experience on multiple projects/assignments/SSCs for P2P or R2R/O2C
  • Excellent communication skills and customer centricity
  • Dealing with ambiguity, “Navigating Uncharted Territory”
  • Confidence in presenting findings in English and adaptability to different audiences
  • English and French advanced level
  • P2P – Procurement/Sourcing/Purchasing experience a plus
  • R2R/O2C – Order Management experience a plus
  • PowerPoint/Excel/Visio/SAP knowledge is a must.
