Main Duties and Responsibilities: 

Develops, updates and follows the general system of performance management and manage PBPs( Personal Business Plan) for certain category of employees;

Elaborates and implements the planning strategies of the succession to identify and develop the intern employee with potential to achieve key positions in the organization;

Monitors and ensure the follow up of the orientation process for new employees in each location; ensure the follow up of orientation period for managerial positions , using the “face to face” discussions,  evaluations of the activity, 360 grades feedback;

Creates, develops and monitor the training and development strategy for Delphi in the region (Romania, Serbia, Ukraine, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia)

Develops training and development programs in order to sustain the strategy; collaborates with HR Mangers and leadership team to ensure that learning and development strategies are lined up to the corporate’s objectives.

Designs, implements and monitors the training and development programs  for key employees and talents in different stages of their career, starting from on-boarding up to the leadership potential of development.

Follows that the training programs are designed to develop the employees abilities in order to fulfill the skills and abilities from the matrix defined for each position in the organization.

Essential requirements:

 Bachelor's degree
  5 years+ experience in Training & Development, experience in management of HR complex processes is a an   advantage
 A background in manufacturing multinational companies is an advantage
 English advanced knowledge is a must
 Excellent PC knowledge (MS Office)
 Previous experience in working with large teams
 Analytical and synthetically thinking, attention to details and problem solving abilities
 Solution and people oriented, dynamic and resourceful
