Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Training and Development Specialist contributes to the development of specific HR processes and policies at Country level.

In accordance with the managerial line he/she is involved in developing annual development and training plan, skills management and the career path (including the staffing and the performance management cycle). He/she contributes to the implementation of training courses and induction programs dedicated to its population. In addition, he/she contributes to the implementation of strategic HR projects and training budgeting

Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as a business partner,
  • Develop and implement education, skills management and performance cycle,
  • Elaborate appropriate indicators and reporting,
  • Communicate with managerial line on a regular basis
  • Compliance with the management requests
  • Ensure compliance employment laws

Profile Required:


  • University or College degree,
  • 2+ years working experience in a Human Resources Department
  • 2+ years working experience in a multinational environment is an advantage
