Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Training and Development Specialist contributes to the development of specific HR processes and policies at Country level.
In accordance with the managerial line he/she is involved in developing annual development and training plan, skills management and the career path (including the staffing and the performance management cycle). He/she contributes to the implementation of training courses and induction programs dedicated to its population. In addition, he/she contributes to the implementation of strategic HR projects and training budgeting
