Job description:

Training/ Coaching Objectives Achievement
Provide trainings (classroom and Work*With) of PepsiCo sales managerial concepts (Territory University/ Selling 4 Success programs and other platforms, according to company’s strategy) to the existing and to the new recruited SF Supervisors;
Work toward achieving monthly/ daily professional objectives;
Follow up of training platforms and coaching sessions;
Improve and develop of training/ coaching session impact through continuous improving of personal professional skills and competency;
Encourages and coaches sales people to build their professional skills and competency.

Administrative Objectives 
Assure availability of all tools & materials needed for classroom training and coaching sessions;
Proper development, administration and management of trainings tools & materials;
Respect and comply with company internal policies and procedures;

Analysis reports
On time written reports after Work*With sessions in the field to: PO1 Capability Manager and direct managers;
On time written reports after each training session or workshop to PO1 Capability Manager.

Assure two-way communication with all company departments, superiors and peers;
Encourages and facilitates teamwork through improving communication
