 Training curricula – Soft skills

  • Identifies the training needs
  • Trains and coaches associates
  • Training delivery
  • Completes necessary post learning administration
  • Provides accurate and in time follow up on all trainings delivered
  • Evaluates the success of activities on the learner
  • Prepares training reports as required

Learning Management System & admin/ Online platforms

  • Acts as an Administrator for the L&D technical software used by the company
  • Solves all Learning Management System issues and requests at team level
  • Escalates where necessary all issues
  • Manages all activities and makes sure all information is accurate
  • Reports extracted according to business needs
  • Coordinates and solves all admin requests at team level
  • Is actively involved in projects aimed at turning classroom trainings to online platforms


  • Minimum 2 years working experience in a business environment
  • English advanced required
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Experience in learning & development activities 
  • Basic principles in development of training curricula
  • Facilitation and presentation skills
  • Very good communication skills, feedback, oral comprehension, active listening
  • Good analytical and summarizing skills, attention to details
  • Planning, prioritizing and organizing
  • Customer focus and business overview
  • Proactive, flexible, innovative, team player
