Trade Shopper Marketing Coordinator eCommerce

Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

continue the development of eCommerce channel and assist customers in driving their ongoing performance, including content and assortment optimization.

You are responsible for

  • Actively building expertise of the channel based on shopper insights, market data, best practices, stock & sell-out data from retailers
  • Executing activities comprised in the trade activation plan taking into account channel specifics and tailor made approach covering all 4 Ps - assortment, price, promotion, presentation and communication (in-out of page)
  • Developing and implementing channel specific promotional activity, joint advertising and branding opportunities
  • Evaluating all trade activities and events in order to optimize the investment and achieve best ROI
  • Managing content optimization, assets uploading, category presentation, product presentation, landing pages
  • Ongoing controlling retailer data quality for all e-Trade programs, spotting emerging opportunities and escalating issues
  • Online analytics/tool management (reporting, evaluation, benchmarking, content availability)
  • Creating promotional campaign calendars for etailers, developing tailor-made advertising concepts and loyalty programs
  • Providing expertise to etailers and developing shop-in-shop systems: purchasing, advisor, up and cross-sales

You are a part of

The SEE Trade Shopper Marketing Team, who creates successful sell out activities, through the development and implementation of trade marketing tools, in store and out of store, in order to maintain and increase the sales in the channels and become the preferred partner for growth. You will report to SEE Trade Shopper Marketing based in Bucharest and collaborate with many other teams.

Defined end contract, with possibility of extension

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 2+ years’ experience in a commercial/trade marketing role, preferably related to eCommerce
  • Computer literate (MS Office), with digital knowledge
  • Upper intermediate level of English
  • Good communicator, able to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Dedicated, enthusiastic, innovative and proactive
  • Analytical, with attention to details, able to read, analyze, and interpret business/digital reports
  • Skilled to effectively present information and respond to questions from both internal and external stakeholders
