Main role:

Sales Support activities with focus on research (companies and market intelligence):

  • Customer Cold Calls acquisition based on current topics, marketing actions and events;
  • Contact, Opportunity and Activity Management in CRM at Account or Segment level;
  • Research to acquire client information (use the social business-related platforms and all available research tools at BearingPoint)
  • Supporting different sales topics, marketing actions and events
  • Contact, Opportunity and Activity Management in CRM;
  • Redirect possible questions about our solutions or the company towards the right contact;
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Marketing Campaign support:

  • Project manage preparation, implementation, follow-up
  • Pre- and post-event activities with CRM tracking
  • Manage the client database, prepare introductory information
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Redirect possible questions about our solutions or the company towards the right contact
  • Maintain accurate information in our tracking tools
  • Sales support activities on demand
  • Proposal support

Requirements:

  • Advanced German and English skills;
  • Previous experience in Telesales is preferred;
  • Good customer care skills;
  • Excellent communication skills: strong phone presence;
  • Ability to take initiative and autonomously handle tasks;
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects;
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection;
  • Ability to work independently and as a team;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Very good organizational skills;
  • Proactivity.
  • Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
