Professional working proficiency in English (fluent in both written and in verbal communication);
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to the prospects;
Strong communication, negotiation, superior people skills; cool-tempered and able to handle rejection;
Selling, comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business!
To contact the allocated clients from the CRM (international clients);
To promote and sale products and services according with the manager instructions;
To discuss in a professional manner, ask questions to understand customer requirements, answer questions about products or the company and close sales;
To register/update the customer information in the CRM application, keep records of calls and sales and note useful information;
Actively contribute to achieving the sales targets and business objectives.
Training is provided, the working schedule iseach working day!
