• Research companies on Internet, industry publications, and third party tools to identify new targets
• You will be required to generate a vast amount of leads as well as calling clients to generate interest in our services with a view to send a member of our team to attend appointments and provide a presentation for our services.
• Follows up with customer via telephone or email following initial sales contact.
• Accurately log information from calls in our CRM tool
• Provide insight regarding customer feedback to account managers and the sales management team
• Strong customer service and telesales skills
• Experienced with Web Based Applications and Windows
• Good organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and prfioritize in a high-volume, fast paced environment
• Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information
