Call clients for selling purposes, taking into account ethic norm and bank’s procedures
Focus in achieving the target for the success rate mentioned for each campaign, taking into account telesales KPI (success rate, quantity, quality)
Know in details the product to be sold and the services related to it
Propose ways to improve the script and the sale technics
Know very well bank’s services, products, costs and partners mentioned in internal procedures or in information e-mails
Offer constant feed-back regarding market opportunities and client’s needs
Promote the image of the company in front of external and internal clients
Real possibilities of training and professional development
