Responsibilities:
• Provide BSS & VAS products first level technical operation support to our customer, including system monitoring, alarm handing, incident acknowledgement and first level incident troubleshooting and ticket management; Routine check, testing, service request handling, updates & patches implementation and other maintenance tasks. 
• Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development group to resolve advanced issues when necessary. 

Requirements:
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in computer science/Telecommunication or Mathmatics.
• Has basic understanding telecom network and services. 
• Understanding of technical support operation model and processes.
• Knowledge about monitoring Systems.
• Basic knowledge of Unix/Oracle database and Windows OS, SQL/ Oracle / Linux certifications or a college project that you were involved in is considered a plus. 
• Experience on Telecom/IT support will be a plus.
