Leading Company in the Sport Betting Industry - Stanleybet, is seeking qualified personnel for growing support team for the multilingual Service Center based in Bucharest.

RSC is a service center for the Stanleybet Group, a well established European licensed bookmaker trading in 6 countries throughutlets and intermediaries, including Romania and the UK. The RSC was established in Bucharest in 2011, and now employs over 60 staff, providing support to various operating companies within the Group.

Our ideal candidate will have:
Good knowledge of English, written and spoken;

Knowledge requirements:- windows (xp to 10) advanced level, - ms-dos ,- tcp/ip advanced level, peripherals (thermal printers, A4 printers, scanners) troubleshooting abilities

Primary responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Respond to queries over the phone.
  • Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.
  • Ask questions to determine nature of problem.
  • Walk customer through problem-solving process.
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
  • Clean up computers.
  • Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
  • Install computer peripherals for users.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
  • Gain feedback from customers about computer usage.
  • Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.


Ability to work and communicate as part of a team;
Ability to fulfill specific customer care tasks;
Proper skills for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through a professional and efficient service;
Ability to meet deadlines;
Active listening of customers’ issue, followed by appropriate solution;
