RSC is a service center for the Stanleybet Group, a well established European licensed bookmaker trading in 6 countries throughutlets and intermediaries, including Romania and the UK. The RSC was established in Bucharest in, and now employs over 60 staff, providing support to various operating companies within the Group.
Our ideal candidate will have:
Good knowledge of English, written and spoken;
Knowledge requirements:- windows (xp to 10) advanced level, - ms-dos ,- tcp/ip advanced level, peripherals (thermal printers, A4 printers, scanners) troubleshooting abilities
Ability to work and communicate as part of a team;
Ability to fulfill specific customer care tasks;
Proper skills for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through a professional and efficient service;
Ability to meet deadlines;
Active listening of customers’ issue, followed by appropriate solution;
