Mission:

Within the team of work`s control, ensuring the support of the users of the referential of architecture Groups on the requests of the first and second level.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering the users `standard request
  • Consider the minor incidents and propose workaround solutions
  • Making the ME recurring procedures ‘to maintain in operational condition the solution
  • Participating in the supply of the tools of follow-up and reporting around the activity of user support of the solution
  • Participating in the supply of the team support`s knowledge base
  • Making the corrective maintenance of the proposed computing solutions by the center of service: MEGA HOPEX, modeling tools of company`s architecture and referential of architecture Group, and the associated solutions

Requirements:

  • Computer science`s or engineer`s degree
  • Fluent French written and spoken
  • Good English is an advantage
  • Experience with MEGA HOPEX is a plus
