As a Technical Support Specialist you will be an essential member of our Customer Support team in Cluj-Napoca where you will participate in addressing customer inquiries and requests related to our Campaign & Loyalty Management Solution designed specifically for the telecom field. Under the direction of our Customer Support Manager, you will work closely with our developers to find solutions to problems and help customers work through technical difficulties.

The right match will be passionate about what they do, able to work in a team, as well as independently, able to balance multiple priorities, pro-active and willing share their experience, attentive to details, available for travelling and for on-call schedules.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing the resolutions to our customers in a professional mode
  • Troubleshooting capability
  • Creating analytic queries on large data sets
  • Performance tuning of key queries.
  • Fault diagnostics, replication and problem resolutions
  • Monitoring and setup alarms
  • Reports development
  • Continuous skills and knowledge improvements

We are working with the following technologies:

  • Database Servers: SQL Server
  • MS Reporting Services, MS Analysis Services, MS Integration Services
  • C#, MVC, , JQuery

Job requirements          

  • IT background is a must
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge of supporting Windows and MS product
  • Writing and verbal communication skills in English

 

The following are considered a plus:

  •  Knowledge of Oracle, MySQL
  • Good knowledge of Integration Services, Reporting Services
  • Knowledge of database performance tuning techniques
