In this challenging position you focus on supporting our customers and partners from technical and service perspective, for one of the world’s leading office automation manufacturer, with a wide range of high-quality products and solutions.
In your new role you will be responsible for:
- Translation and proofreading of user manuals, marketing materials, drivers, or any technical text
- 1st &2nd level technical support to distributors/dealers/end customers
- Control of warranty repairs & spare parts distribution
- Monitoring of service procedures &reporting to local Service Manager/National Sales Manager
- Technical maintenance &update of local Webpages
- Assist to technical part of new product’s introduction
- Product presentation for channel partners and customers
- Support for Sales/Key account in technical questions, training, presentations
To take a role in this challenging task you need to possess:
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English
- Previous experience on IT services/repairs field
- Good IT/Network hardware and software knowledges, PC peripheral devices knowledge is a plus
- Technical and fault-finding skills
- Customer-focused attitude with good interpersonal skills
- Good communication, teamwork spirit and attention to details
- Able to comply with a multinational company policies, processes, and regulations
