What will you do?
- Represents the company externally by handling all incoming customer interactions;
- Provide support for priority customers with basic to moderately complex inquiries within the scope of established SLA’s;
- Provide technical guidance of the products to internal and external customers;
- Through research and a basic understanding of benchmark competitor offerings, create competitive cross references to the products in order to aid sales in winning customer orders;
- Determine when and to whom inquiries need to be escalated to a higher level of support
You are the right candidate if you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- 3 years of Technical support experience in a call center environment;
- Proficient in MS Office software. Previous experience with an enterprise business system (Oracle, SAP, etc.) preferred;
- Advanced English + second language ( French or Spanish )
