We are looking for a talented Technical Recruiter, a team player with excellent communication skills and a high level of enthusiasm.

Main Responsibilities:

- Collaborates with hire managers to understand the needs of the project for each job request;

- Writes job ads and identifies the best methods for promoting them;

- Manages full cycle recruitment process, ensuring positive candidate experience (CV mining, scheduling interviews and tests, keeping candidates informed during the recruitment process);

- Develops and maintains a strong candidate pipeline through research, networking, direct sourcing, internet, social media websites;

- Participates to the networking events, job fairs and company presentations;

- Reporting regarding the recruitment process.

Required Skills:

- Experience in recruitment and a good knowledge of the technical recruiting process;

- University Degree;

- Excellent communication skills;

- Fluent in English (spoken and written);

- Organized with a strong attention to detail;
