The person will manage full cycle recruitment from capturing and validating the demand, sourcing, candidate management, offer management, background checks to pre-onboarding engagement of new joiners.

1 to 3 years of recruitment experience
The ability to build credibility with candidates, stakeholders and peers
Able to work within limits of processes, procedures and systems while staying creative
Bachelor’s degree preferred
