Ability to work 5 shifts a week - including weekend (24*7, 8-9 hours shifts).
• Provide technical support via phone and email to customers in foreign language
• Work on various company systems to monitor the system status and configuration
• Communicate with the company technical stuff from IT/QA/DEV departments while escalating problems
