A leading online company is looking for a Tech support representative for the Technical support department.

Ability to work 5 shifts a week - including weekend (24*7, 8-9 hours shifts).

 

Responsibilities:

•     Provide technical support via phone and email to customers in foreign language

•     Work on various company systems to monitor the system status and configuration

•     Communicate with the company technical stuff from IT/QA/DEV departments while escalating problems

 

Requirements:

  • English – fluent in read/write/speak
  • Additional language (not Romanian) - mother tongue level
  • Previous experience in telephone support / customer service- an advantage
  • High communication skills, fast learner, responsible
  • Windows, Office, Internet
