People management:

  • Has an active involvement in the recruitment process of new members in the team and keeps the attrition rate at a low level
  • Motivates and engages the subordinated staff
  • Ensures good deployment of the performance management process for the team members according to the internal deadlines communicated
  • Offers feedback during the appraisal sessions, initiates action plans and development plans, trains & coaches the team
  • Ensures a good deployment of the talent management program, identifies and creates the succession planning in the team
  • Makes sure that the team supplies on-time, complete and accurate information regarding time and attendance and other administrative processes as agreed with the management team
  • Cascades & communicates all management decisions to the team & ensures follow up
  • Delivers the requested information to the upper management 

Operations management:

  • Daily monitors the team workflow and allocates tasks and resources
  • Ensures constantly that proper staff resources are in place for good deployment and continuity of activity
  • Sets and follows the achieving of the KPI’ s agreed with the internal customers
  • Makes quality evaluations of the team members’ activity and gives feedback for improving the team's performance
  • Acts as an escalation & key contact point on process
  • Has a process improvement oriented mindset together with good leadership and communication skills


  • 12-18 months relevant experience in coordinating a team
  • Customer oriented mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure and good level of attention to details
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self motivated and proactive attitude
  • Very good language skills both in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Leadership skills and experience in coordinating activities/people
