Experience:

  • Business studies or similar (Bachelor / Master);
  • 5+ years working experience;
  • Previous experience leading a team;
  • Experience customer complaints or working with internal tickets;
  • English advanced;
  • German medium.

Tasks:

  • You are responsible for a team of 2 (+ yourself) customer complaints specialists;
  • Preparation and reporting of relevant KPIs;
  • You are the first escalation level for tickets;
  • You are in contact with various departments internationally;
  • You are the process owner for the complaints process;
  • You advice the customer service regarding the resolution of customer complaints.
