Job Description

Continental established a Global Business Service Center in Timisoara. We provide tailor-made services with the focus on accounting and purchasing activities for the European companies of the Contitech Division Europe. In line with the needs of our customers in the Group companies, we offer high-quality solutions. The following activities would be part of your job:
› Supervise a team of around 10 payable accountants
› Plan, organize, lead and control the work of the staff to ensure that objectives are achieved and services are delivered to the internal stakeholders
› Ensure that legal, fiscal and internal requirements are properly implemented
› Control the performance of staff members based on Key Performance Indicators and identify measures for improvement
› Manage hiring, training, coaching, career planning and salary recommendations of your team members
› Become a specialist in the processes and IT infrastructure of your service costumer and drive sustainable development
› Support your team in operations if necessary.

Job Requirements

› University degree in economics or comparable
› 3+ years of related professional accounting experience
› English advanced language skills required 
› German language skills is beneficial
› Proficient in using SAP preferred
› Positive attitude to work as a business service partner 
› Strong teamwork spirit.
