The following activities would be part of your job:
› Supervise a team of around 10 payable accountants
› Plan, organize, lead and control the work of the staff to ensure that objectives are achieved and services are delivered to the internal stakeholders
› Ensure that legal, fiscal and internal requirements are properly implemented
› Control the performance of staﬀ members based on Key Performance Indicators and identify measures for improvement
› Manage hiring, training, coaching, career planning and salary recommendations of your team members
› Become a specialist in the processes and IT infrastructure of your service costumer and drive sustainable development
› Support your team in operations if necessary.
› University degree in economics or comparable
› 3+ years of related professional accounting experience
› English advanced language skills required
› German language skills is beneficial
› Proﬁcient in using SAP preferred
› Positive attitude to work as a business service partner
› Strong teamwork spirit.
