We're looking for a Talent Sourcing Partner for an American recruitment company that leverages technology and services through a unique offering called RaaS (Recruitment as a Subscription).
In, they opened an office in Romania and at the moment there are approximately 10 colleagues working from Bucharest.
The Talent Sourcing Partner can work remotely or from the office.
This can be a very good opportunity for a recruiter who wants to expand his/her knowledge from the local market and to directly work with clients from the USA. The work schedule is between 15:30 and 00:30.
The scope of the role is finding and attracting talent using online channels, do account management, and give input to help improve talent sourcing strategies.
Candidates with more than 4 years of experience and strong business acumen can be taken into consideration for a Recruitment BP position.
Experience and Skills Required:
The recruitment process consists of 4 steps: an introduction call, an assignment, an interview, and a final discussion with the CEO.
