GBS is a new global function at Kellogg that is helping to drive growth by simplifying work and innovating processes so that our Kellogg team worldwide can focus on making and selling great food. Our GBS Service Centre for Europe is located at Floreasca Business Centre (adjacent to Aurel Vlaicu Metro). WHAT WILL I BE DOING? 

  • Support the Talent Centre of Expertise in all talent, performance, diversity and L&D related activities for the region;
  • Support the business in the talent processes, to ensure it follows the global performance cycles and guidelines;
  • Generate reports and compile analysis to support the implementation of talent processes, like performance management and talent review;
  • Develop and deliver communications around the talent processes;
  • Perform training administration through daily scheduling tasks in the Kellogg Learning Center (LMS), monitor and track training attendance, coordinate course logistics, partner with internal facilitators and vendors;
  • Evaluate the results of learning programmes via feedback and take actions to ensure continuous improvement;
  • Support the business with the development of capability building programs and initiatives.

 WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration or related field;
  • Experienced working knowledge of talent philosophy and principles;
  • Experience of learning and development administration;
  • English language proficiency;
  • Flexible, problem solving approach and strong team player;
  • Strong customer focus;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with HR Software, in particular Success Factors;
  • Experience at large multi-national consumer packaged goods company;
  • Experience working to service level agreements in a customer driven environment.
