The Talent Acquisition Recruiting Consultant requires a driven and self-directed individual who has the ability to work with limited direction and be

  • Support Experienced and College Recruiting teams to identify, attract and hire the best talent at all levels
  • Be involved in the full life-cycle of the recruiting process (posting, sourcing, screening, interviews)
  • Utilize SuccessFactors applicant tracking system, LinkedIn Recruiter, Social Media, Job Boards such as Careerbuilder, Boolean searches, Yello and professional networks to recruit active and passive candidates for current positions and build talent pipelines for future career opportunities
  • Create and manage strategy for identified functional pipelines to have bench of ready-now talent available across the organization
  • Develop and apply working knowledge of current HR laws and regulations
  • Research current industry recruiting programs and practices
  • Support coordination of team meetings and tasks in the Global Resource Center to ensure effective partnership with North America based team

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Business or related experience
  • At least two years of experience as Talent Sourcer or similar role
  • Experience with sourcing on social platforms (LinkedIn, CareerBuilder etc.)
  • Demonstrated critical and innovative thinking
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – English
  • Ability to use analytical skills by turning ideas or data into workable information, products and programs
  • Reliable, with the ability to follow through with tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work non-standard hours to reach passive candidates and interact with North American based recruiting team

 

Preferred

  • Experience with Microsoft Office including: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Human Resources or recruiting experience through internships, classes, and projects
  • Human Resources knowledge such as EEOC, FLSA, diversity recruiting, interview best practices
