You must have the drive to develop high-quality processes that will run in an unusually complex technical environment. You will be a member of Local Support and Service Desk Team. You must love to help team members and to receive help from them. The team is international so you will use English both written and orally. Basic infrastructure skills – eg configuration and support, troubleshooting Laptop, equipment, network issues
Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment
Working in different shifts between 7:00 and 17:00, depending on the department schedule

Developing and maintaining documentation for all ICT support related subjects and providing reports as and when required
Self-motivated, self-starter, and challenge-seeker
Competence/Knowledge regarding IT-related products and equipment used in the departments
Behavior to remain calm, courteous and professional when handling difficult situations in the high speed and stress environment.
Hands-on experience with remote support tools to manage end-user hardware, OS, and desktop applications
Ability to recognize and focus on critical issues, balance multiple tasks, structure the workday and respond to competing needs within the organization.
