We are looking for a Support and Configuration Engineer to join our Audatex Romania team, located in Bucharest, near Aviatorilor Subway Station / TVR headquarters. Our IT team is composed of 6 members, working with the agility of a small team, while being backed by corporate best practices, infrastructure and know-how.
The “Configuration” part:
You will work with a highly customisable platform dedicated for vehicle claim management (where insurers, repair shops and other actors meet as to cover the entire workflow of a MTPL (RCA) or CASCO vehicle claim). In a typical day, by doing configuration settings and files, you will steer the platform towards the expected business value.
The “Support” part:
You will be extending the capability of our Support team, complementing their business expertise with your technical skills. For such technical requests, you will answer to Client inbound phone calls and e-mail-based support tickets.
What this is not:
This is not a position for programmers which enjoy coding all day in an IDE. However, your technical skills and programming background will be very useful and actually required for you to be successful in this role. Even though there is no line-by-line coding, the configuration technicality needs such skills.
