The Schlemmer Group is growing steadily through
a) increasing existing business as well as through
b) merger and acquisition activities.
To facilitate: a) processes and IT Systems have to be improved continuously. These improved processes and tools have to be implemented at the factories. In case of b) the SCM processes and tools have to be implemented in newly acquired plants.
The Roll-Out Manager plans and leads the roll out of supply chain processes and IT-Tools (such as Pool4Tool) within the Schlemmer Group worldwide. He coordinates with the key players and stakeholders at the sites. He delivers training to users and suppliers.
The position is based in the Schlemmer Shared Service Center in Cluj (Romania) reporting to the Supply Chain Manager based at the Schlemmer HQ in Munich (Germany).
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experience in project management with a good track record
Demonstrated ability of successful stakeholder management
Demonstrated ability and willingness to teach and deliver training in English language
Proven ability of self directed working, distinct self discipline and demonstrated skill to find and pull information actively.
At least a basic knowledge regarding supply chain management
Willingness and ability to travel up to 40-50% of working time.
Experience with the Supplier Relationship Management “Pool4Tool”
Experience with ERP-System “IFS”
An extensive training in the Schlemmer processes at the HQ in Munich.
