About the Role  

As a Supply Chain Analyst you will be working with our international sales team as well as our supplier base. The main objectives for this role is to maintain stores and web availability to high targets, making prioritization decisions for our internal teams and suppliers alike, managing orders with our suppliers from receipt through to delivery, building key relationships within MV and our supplier base and maintain our master data integrity to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Ensure that store replenishment maximizes sales and availability working to tight deadlines with the Operations and Merchandising teams
  • Ensure that Web availability meets targets to maximize sales & availability
  • Maintain Web & store target data to drive accurate replenishment recommendations and availability measurement
  • Ensure that all NPD is in stores and on Web on time for launch
  • Manage and maintain sku master data post initial setup to enable effective analysis and decision making
  • Place, track and manage supplier purchase orders through to final receipt
  • Provide supplier reporting metrics to key stakeholders in the business
  • Put high priority customer orders into our system
  • Re-balance stock internally to ensure that service levels to our trade partners are met
  • Contribute to process improvements for all aspects of inventory management

The Ideal Candidate

Skills and Experience  

  • A degree – 2(i) or above
  • Good IT skills, especially with Excel
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Sound decision-making and an ability to quickly identify problems and recommend solutions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude
  • An ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Able to adapt in a fast paced environment
  • High level of attention to detail
  • A fast learner with a high personal integrity
