You will:

  • Support recruiters and local HR in all recruitment activities
  • Post open positions and evaluate potential applicants
  • Candidate screening
  • Conduct telephone interviews
  • Schedule f2f interviews
  • Participate in the interviewing process
  • Deliver interview feedback and stay in touch with the candidates
  • Organize/facilitate University HR Events
  • Maintain and develop the candidate database



For this position you …

  • are a student in Social Sciences/Human Resources or Computer Sciences
  • are passionate about HR, especially recruitment
  • have outstanding verbal and written communication skills paired with an open minded personality and the ability to deal and communicate effectively
  • are proactive team player with a “can do” attitude
  • bring a structured and organized way of working
  • are fluent in English
