We are currently searching for a Specialist Production Equip. Development colleague in Pitesti

Responsibilities:

Design and implement production equipment and/or processes, as well as integration into the plant production sequencesResponsible for developing equipment for one technology groupCooperate in developing equipment, test plans, action catalogs and the accompanying release documentation as required, in collaboration with EW531 departmentFirst EE62-contact for the local production units in case for new equipment and processes, and forwarding / coordination of topics with EW531Conduct machine approvals, determine machine capabilities (MFU) and the degree to which the manual requirements has to be fulfilledProvide technical release of equipment production, in collaboration with EW531Train equipment standards in foreign plantsDevelop concepts and new ideasCollaborate in the development and optimization of existing systems technologies, taking into account the Occupational Safety Rules, in collaboration with EW531  departmentSupport for the introduction of new production technologiesAnalyzing of machine data and creation of technical improvements

Requirements:

Technical university degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Electromechanics/ Industrial Engineering/ Production management or similar type of studies

Experience in production, assembly, logistic, project management or design in an automotive or manufacturing company are considered an advantage

Strong documentation skillsAbility to work well under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlinesAbility to work well both independently and in a team environmentAbility and flexibility to perform all other job-related and ad-hoc duties as requiredStructured thinking and analytical skillsHigh degree of autonomy, flexibility, good self-organization, very good communication skiGood knowledge of CAD software and technical drawingsüGood English or German language skillsAvailability to travel in a limited measure
