Huawei Enterprise Business Group (EBG), as one of the 3 business groups in entire Huawei (the other 2 groups are Carrier Network Group and Consumer Business Group), provides product and service for global enterprise customers through IT, Network and UC&C etc. product line. As Huawei EBG Romania GSC (Global Service Center), we are instructed and customer focused team that will handle customer service requests from all Europe.
Parts ordering: Order new spare parts from headquarters or supplier to European countries;
Parts allocation: Allocate parts to the appropriate warehouse to fulfill customer SLA;
Installation data base management: Assistance on management of the customer installation base report to make sure the stock is set properly;
Order management: Monitor and manage local warehouse partners to finish our orders base on requirement;
Parts return: Return the parts from European countries to designated destination;
Troubles solving: Analyze the business issues and solve them by case;
High attention to details;
Good skills in working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint;
Good English skills, spoken and written,
Strong and motivated, responsible and initiative personality
Customer focused and good communication skill
You have an advantage if you have:
Work experience: logistics or warehouse management;
If you have knowledge of other foreign languages would be a plus;
