- You will need to learn company software and use your skills to implement some custom solutions in operating system and SQL databases.
- Very good understanding the customer specific workflow.
- Diagnose and fix tickets that are reported by our clients.
Good understanding of windows operating systems.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
Good knowledge of working with computer peripherals,networks, internet.
Good knowledge of databases and SQL.
Good knowledge of English language.
