Absolute Jobs Romania is looking for a Software Developer for C#/.Net for its client, ASCOM, a global solutions provider focused on healthcare ICT and mobile workflow solutions, located in Cluj-Napoca.


  • University education directed towards data or similar competence;
  • Be able to create requirements and design specification from high level requirements;
  • Be able to design and implement software with high quality from requirements. The problems are often complex and several solutions need to be considered;
  • Good understanding of the consequences of technical decisions in the software area;
  • Good ability to work independently;
  • Good ability to co-operate with others booth inside and outside the company;
  • Be able to speak English fluently and write technical documents in English;
  • General knowledge of the company's products and system;
  • Specialization and proven experience in C# / .NET development;


  • Participate in development projects as software engineer;
  • Work with software maintenance of existing products;
  • Responsible for finding optimal software solutions with regard to functionality, reliability, performance, implementation time and production of the product;
  • Responsible for suggesting changes or improvements to given requirement specifications;
  • Responsible for creating requirements and design documentation;
  • Participate in design reviews and call for design reviews on his/her own work when necessary;
  • Responsible for verification of his own software modules and to participate in the verification of the complete software product;
  • Responsible for reporting the progress of his work and divergences from specifications and made plans;
  • Responsible for maintaining and developing his own competence;
  • Spread information about technical solutions between the different development projects;
  • Suggest and lead technical investigations and studies;
  • Suggest and lead thesis work;
  • Responsible for suggesting improvements of the operational documents (. tasks, Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions);
