Job description:

  • Manage customer care activities via Social Media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, Whatsapp etc);
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve their satisfaction;
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication;

Location: Plaza Romania Offices, very close to the metro station Lujerului, Bucharest;
Schedule: 24x7, 3 shifts schedule; (8h/day, 5 days/week)

Paid training period - 5 weeks with normal schedule
