Job Purpose:

  • To effectively manage all SH Multi-Brand Sales processes within the AutoErebus Dealership.
  • To achieve sales volumes and profit objectives by making effective use of available resources, through motivating and developing the sales team to be fully competent in their job roles and by ensuring that all customers receive excellent customer service.


The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organised individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customer


What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute the sales strategies to achieve the annual SH car sales target;

  • Maximise sales performance through a well-developed, motivated and efficient sales team;

  • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team sales objectives;

  • Partner with HR department to identify and recruit top sales talent;

  • Maintain agreed profit margin and return on investment by efficiently controlling stocks, assets and all financial transactions;

  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.


What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales Business;

  • 4+ years' of SH car sales experience;

  • Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgement achieved through a strong analytical mindset;

  • Creative, solutions focused approach, with a focus on achieving results;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

  • Very good people management skills.

  • Stellar networking skills and the ability to make smart partnerships happen;

  • Entrepreneurial DNA;

  • An eye for great talent and the ability to unlock the potential of high performing teams.
