Job Description

Designing, building and operating leading edge solutions around the Adobe Digital Marketing Cloud - this is our challenge and we love it. We work with our clients so they can turn their complex marketing ideas and campaigns into IT reality.

In our Bucharest office we have a new exciting role - to make sure that what we are building delivers value to the customer.

We would need our new colleague to constantly communicate with the customer to understand if what is delivered fits their needs. To constantly look for improvement of the service that is being delivered.

This is where you would step in. Are you up for it?  

Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of technical processes and technology mandatory (AEM would be a plus)
  • Experience in the fields of key account management and customer support
  • Good understanding of ITIL
  • Experience in service transition and / or service operation
  • Proven track record in service management
  • Very good understanding of system engineering
  • Ability to design new concepts and promote these towards system-/operation- engineers for implementation
  • Ability to think outside the box and present solutions to different persons and roles
  • Excellent presentation skills, sales knowledge and negotiation skills
  • Customer-oriented and solution-focused
  • Political understanding
  • Willingness to travel and work at our clients site for approximately 2-3 days every quarter
  • Ability to stand his or her ground against potential competitors
