Your responsibilities will be:

-Provides support to end users on a variety of issues including software , hardware, operating system, and Microsoft Office by responding to calls, emails and personnel requests for technical support
-Classic Hardware (PC, monitors, printers)
-Specific Hardware (cash tills, card printers)
-Office tools and apps (OS W7, Open office, Gmail)
-Networking (Lan, Wan)
-Local applications 
-Identifying, handling and solving the requests
-Identifying and escalation of Massive Incidents
-Backlog follow-up 
- Demonstrate excellent customer service at all times

Requirements: 
Spoken languages: fluent German and English.
Aptitude for providing positive customer service, interpersonal skills, listening skills, analytical skills and team spirit.
Availability to work in day shifts

Details:
Schedule: Monday to Friday + 2 Saturdays /month, day shifts  - No nights
Support languages: German, English, Romanian
