For one of our clients, an international sports betting, lottery and gaming solutions provider, we are looking for a Service Desk

As a Service Desk Agent you will offer support to external clients and have attributions regarding servers supervising

Responsibilities

  • Respond to queries coming on written and spoken channels from internal customers across the world;
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues, regardless of how they come in;
  • Monitor various High Availability tools and servers;
  • Proactively monitor and supervise workings of servers, applications and service availability.

Requirements

  • Good analytical skills;
  • Customer support knowledge is a plus;
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skill;
  • Networking knowledge – beginner minimum;
  • Experience with gambling applications is considered a pl;
  • SQL knowledge is preferred;
  • Microsoft Windows and Office suite experience;
  • Remote access and virtualization technologies knowledge;
  • Willing to work in shifts: 7:30/15:00 and weekends: 5 days out of 7 contract.
