For one of our clients, an international sports betting, lottery and gaming solutions provider, we are looking for a Service Desk
As a Service Desk Agent you will offer support to external clients and have attributions regarding servers supervising
- Respond to queries coming on written and spoken channels from internal customers across the world;
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues, regardless of how they come in;
- Monitor various High Availability tools and servers;
- Proactively monitor and supervise workings of servers, applications and service availability.
- Good analytical skills;
- Customer support knowledge is a plus;
- Excellent oral and written English communication skill;
- Networking knowledge – beginner minimum;
- Experience with gambling applications is considered a pl;
- SQL knowledge is preferred;
- Microsoft Windows and Office suite experience;
- Remote access and virtualization technologies knowledge;
- Willing to work in shifts: 7:30/15:00 and weekends: 5 days out of 7 contract.
