Leading company in the sports betting industry, Stanleybet is seeking qualified personnel to be employed full time/part time for its multilingual Service Centre based in Bucharest.

RSC is a service centre for the Stanleybet Group which is a well-established European licensed bookmaker who trades in 7 countries throughutlets and intermediaries, including the Romania and the UK. The RSC was established in 2011 and now employs over 60 staff providing support to 7 of the operating companies in the Group

Prerequisites:

Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken Italian language;
Good knowledge of English, written and spoken;
Ability to use computer, Word, Excel and Outlook;
As resources, ability to work in teams and communication.
Specific customer care tasks:
Offering excellent customer service by phone, email and live chat;
Ensuring customer satisfaction in a professional and efficient service;
Meet deadlines;
Solve customer problems;
Report unsolved issues properly and according to the times given.
Availability to work in shifts and during weekends, as schedule is very flexible
