- Coordinates full recruitment process for technical positions in the D&D area (software, testing, hardware, project management, etc.);
- Establishes recruitment profile and requirements, together with hiring managers;
- Identifies suitable sourcing channels and selection methods;
- Participates in interviews and offers for selected candidates;
- Identifies and develops creative and innovative recruitment methods;
- English is mandatory;
- Interface with employees on support for different HR topics;
- Participates in specific meetings and projects related to area of activity;
- Reporting activities (recruitment, headcount, fluctuation analysis);
- Involved actively in different HR projects (student projects, internship, etc.).
- Passion for human resources and high involvement to achieve results;
- Previous experience in technical recruitment is mandatory, preferably in an automotive industry;
- Creative in finding new ways to attract potential candidates;
- Experience in working with HR policies and procedures;
- Structured approach and very good organization of work;
- Ability to interact with different types of staff categories (engineers, management);
- Proactive attitude and always curious to find the best options.
