As a Sr. Support Engineer, you will be providing remote technical and functional support to Oracle’s global customers using the very latest tools and our extensive knowledge base. - Past experience in desk support for ERPs
- Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite in particular HCM – Payroll, Benefits, HR - will be an advantage.
- Technical Skills: UNIX; RDBMS; SQL is a must
- Solid overall knowledge about software technologies, complex software solutions, ERPSystems, Business Engineering
- Solid business knowledge is essential
- University degree in IT or business preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Written and verbal fluency in English
