Arroganet Solutions is looking for a Senior Support Engineer to work for a global project involving Big Data, Data Analytics related to the Telecommunication industry.
You will monitor and solve incoming customer tickets, collaborate with internal structures to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may occur.
You will monitor and solve data delivery and data processing related issues, escalating to suppliers when necessary.
You will monitor and alert on issues related to network elements.
You will be responsible for updating various data dictionaries.

- Advanced networking protocols
- Databases knowledge (*SQL, non-SQL)
