The Role

This is a fantastic chance to join Cielo’s growing global business and to make a real impact in a highly visible RPO Account. We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who will be based in our clients Bucharest office, with travel to Campina and Ploiesti a regular part of this position in order to support Plant recruitment. You will be operating in an in-house capacity for a global oil and gas organisation in a role which requires excellent customer care and high quality delivery to their recruitment needs.

 

key responsibilities:

 

  • Manage and be responsible for the end to end recruitment for different hiring projects, including:
    • Thorough briefing meetings with hiring managers
    • Talent attraction, sourcing, selection & assessment - CV screening and interviews
    • Offer management
  • Managing stakeholder relationships including HR and hiring managers.
  • Advising the business on best practice
  • Building expertise in the client’s business
  • Ensuring vacancies are filled with the right people, at the right time.

Strong, innovative and creative are all attributes of people that make Cielo different.  In addition to this we are looking for the following in respect to our Senior Recruitment Advisor:

 

  • Recruitment experience in either an agency or in-house/RPO organisation
  • Experience of operating in high velocity and ambiguous environments
  • Background in direct sourcing
  • Strong Oil & Gas, Engineering or Shared Service background is highly desirable
  • Fluent in English (Essential), and Romanian - other European languages are deemed an advantage
  • You will have recruitment expertise across the end to end hiring process including sourcing, selecting and interviewing
