On behalf of our client, a leading global provider of rail solutions, with an Operations Center located in Cluj-Napoca, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the assigned recruitment portfolio within the given KPI’s, to ensure a professional service delivery at the expected quality;
  • Implementing the appropriate/innovative searching and sourcing strategies, routes to market, candidate sourcing and pipeline activities across the relevant local, regional and international markets;
  • Working together with HR Leaders and HR Business Partners for a designated geographical or/and functional area, in order to develop advanced sourcing strategies for talent identification;
  • Initiating or participating in Continuous Improvement Projects cross teams.

Required:

  • A degree level qualification;2-3 years`of experience in recruitment, for roles with different levels of complexity;
  • Ability to operate effectively within a fast paced and quickly changing environment;
  • Experience in deploying sourcing strategies across both traditional and innovative channels;
  • Excellent customer management and interpersonal skills;
  • Good analytical skills and attention to details;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Excellent oral and written English skills.
