We are looking for a talented, self-driven, Senior Recruiter to be part of the continued expansion of our organisation.  

You will be taking care of getting great people on board and assuring their development for their and company’s good, being responsible for implementing innovative recruitment solutions in a best practice environment.

Reports to: Recruitment Coordinator/ HR Director

Contract type & period: Full time


The Senior Recruiter role is to design and execute recruitment projects for experienced staff across the organization, using  a wide range of channels to source candidates;


  • Establishes a strong business relationship with the hiring managers to understand strategic staffing needs, to identify and define specific new hires requirements;
  • Identify sources and implements the recruitment plan;
  • Recommends candidates for further consideration;
  • Maintains external contacts to assure access to potential candidates;
  • Manages mass hiring needs, large expansion projects &  turnover peaks;
  • Manages appropriate usage of all recruitment tools including online channels;
  • Provides feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement;
  • Acts as a consultant for the management team on all experienced recruitment related issues;
  • Specifically for Talent management, works with business management to ensure that key employees and high potential employees are identified and have implemented learning and development plans. Propose succession plans for key talents and key job positions;
  • Participates in other local and regional HR projects and initiatives.


  • Demonstrated  professional experience and competencies in recruitment (minimum 5 years of experience), in people programs or other people-related roles;
  • Proficient with social media platforms;
  • English intermediate or advanced;
  • Impeccable integrity;
  • Demonstrated excellent capacity in cross functional collaboration, human interactions and influencing
  • Customer focus;
  •  Achievement drive;
  • Excellent planning and organising;
  • Demonstrated proficiency in quality execution.
