As Senior Project Manager - Change Management in the Training Services Department, theJob Holder acts as responsible for the coordination of the design and delivery of change management services for OMV Group major global transformational projects (. SAP S/4HANA).
The Job Holder drives OMV Group organizational transformation goals with special focus on digital initiatives by influencing, developing, and implementing change management strategies.
The Job Holder is leading the development of OMV Group Change Management Standard and collaborates with OMV Group project management teams for increasing adoption of key initiatives. The job holder is responsible for ensuring compliance of OMV Group companies with the Change Management Standard and acts as advisor (>30 countries).
The Job Holder establishes systems for assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of new system/software implementation and is responsible for meeting projects / programs objectives within quality, time, and budget targets and for managing associated risks.
Design concept, draft and align Change Management Standard within OMV Group and create the change management practice for strategic initiatives
Develop and enhance change management methodologies, approaches, processes and procedures; supports their deployment within OMV Group. Select and develop specific benchmarking and KPIs
Provide change management and strategy support on major transformation initiatives including development and execution of comprehensive communications and training plans
Have direct or transferrable experience which would enable to work with as an advisor to the business case for change, stakeholder relationship management, resistance analysis, design and delivery of communications
Independently leads the professional development and delivery of the change management services associated with OMV Group initiatives with special focus on digital transformation
Define and implement system/software necessary for the effective and delivery of change management services
Professional education background in Change Management, Organizational Development orrelated field highly preferred
Bachelors with appropriate project experience in Organizational Development, Human
Performance Technology, Organizational Communications is required
At least 10 years of experience in leveraging global change management processes and tools
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing large business transformation and technology implementation engagements (global ERP, shared services/outsourcing, business process reengineering,etc.), ideally with multidisciplinary & intercultural teams in international environment
Experience in communication towards top management stakeholders with the lead role in change management of global projects
Experience in coordinating complex project activities, organization and prioritization
Experience in working in / with a shared services organization
Experience in new digital tools, methodologies and practices
