Responsibilities:

  • Builds, implements and evaluates the marketing budget of the company;
  • Leads and organizes the activity of the marketing department;
  • Coordinates, plans and elaborates marketing activities;
  • Develops and implements strategies and marketing policies in accordance with the company’s profile;
  • Organizes and monitories marketing campaigns;
  • Organizes and implements image, sales campaigns and new products launching;
  • Plans and executes all digital marketing, including marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns;
  • Designs, builds and maintains the social media presence;
  • Proposes and realizes studies determining client’s satisfaction and the impact of the promotion campaigns;
  • Monitories the market and competition and realizes market studies;
  • Participates actively in the implementation of sales plan;
  • Measures and reports performance of all marketing campaigns, and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs);
  • Develops loyalty policies for clients;
  • Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights;
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies;
  • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests;
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points;
  • Monitors competitors' evolution and campaigns as well as market trends;
  • Maintains and increases the visibility of the company's brand in the market;
  • Contributes to the pricing strategies to maximize company profits and increase customer satisfaction.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience minimum 4 years on a similar position;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Bachelor’s degree (marketing field is an advantage);
  • Knowledge of market research practices and techniques;
  • Knowledgeable on principles, practices and techniques of marketing strategies;
  • Expert knowledge of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
  • Goal oriented, flexible and creative;
  • Confident and dynamic personality;
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization comfortably;
  • Proficient computer skills-  MS Office, ERP type applications.
